The prolonged magnetic storm has weakened, but this respite is expected to be short-lived.

Длительная магнитная буря ослабела, но это ненадолго.

A prolonged geomagnetic storm that has been raging on our planet for ten days has slightly weakened. However, space weather forecasters predict a resurgence of the magnetic storm by midweek.

As stated by scientists from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), minor G1-class geomagnetic storms are possible on November 7, when a coronal mass ejection (CME) will impact Earth's magnetic field. The CME was released into space during an M3.8-class solar flare from sunspot AR3883 on November 3.

Geomagnetic Storms on Earth from November 5-10

According to the resource Meteoagent, which compiles its forecasts using data from NOAA satellite systems, TESIS, and international scientific meteorological laboratories, a level 4 geomagnetic storm affected our planet on November 5. It is expected to persist through Wednesday, November 6. However, by November 7, Thursday, the intensity of the magnetic storm will increase to level 5, indicating that it will be strong.
