What wealth do the families of the leaders of the Kyiv City State Administration possess? It turns out that their wives are well-off individuals.

For instance, the wife of the first deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Mykola Povoroznyk, owns an Audi A7 worth 870 thousand hryvnias. Valentina Volodymyrivna holds 93 thousand dollars in cash and 73 thousand 433 hryvnias in her bank account.

The wife of another deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Vyacheslav Nepop, drives a Toyota Land Cruiser. Antonina Yuriyivna owns three parking spaces in Kyiv, keeps 8 million 258 thousand hryvnias in cash, and 202 thousand dollars in the U.S.

In 2020, the wife of the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Volodymyr Prokopiv, purchased an Audi e-tron electric car for 2 million 144 thousand 360 hryvnias. The vehicle is from 2019. On her bank accounts, Vira Andriyivna has 345 thousand 710 hryvnias, 907 thousand 520 hryvnias, and 59 thousand 289 dollars. In cash, she has 11 thousand dollars and 720 thousand hryvnias.

The wife of the head of the Kyiv City State Administration's apparatus, Volodymyr Zahumenniy, also owns a stylish car. Iryna Oleksandrivna favors the BMW X3, which she bought in 2021 for 518 thousand 854 hryvnias.

Deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Petro Olenych, declares that his wife owns a Volkswagen Arteon, a 2021 model. The car was purchased in 2021 for 1 million 482 thousand 830 hryvnias. It seems that the Olenych family has a fondness for this brand, as in 2022, Petro Olenych bought the same model for 1 million 233 thousand hryvnias.

Olenych's wife, Iryna Bisyk, keeps 55 thousand dollars in cash, and on her bank account, she has 142 thousand 105 hryvnias and 80 thousand 162 euros.

Life is good

Family members of officials not only own prestigious cars but also substantial amounts of money, garages, and land plots.

In November 2023, Viktoriya Tymoshenko, wife of the director of the Kyiv City State Administration's Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption, purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan crossover for 950 thousand hryvnias. However, the head of the family, Oleg Tymoshenko, drives a more modest car – a 2008 Mitsubishi Galant. Viktoriya Viktorivna has 53 thousand dollars in cash, while Oleg Mykolayovych has 300 thousand hryvnias.

Before being appointed as the head of the department, Tymoshenko worked as the head of the Municipal Security Enterprise, where he earned nearly twice as much – 30,000 hryvnias compared to 12,000 hryvnias in his new position at the Kyiv City State Administration. It’s worth noting that on November 23, 2023, during a Kyiv City Council meeting, the head of the Department for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption, Oleg Tymoshenko, was introduced to the deputies. It was in November of that year that his wife acquired a German vehicle – the Volkswagen Tiguan.

Meanwhile, the wife of the director of the Kyiv City State Administration's Department of Housing Provision, Borys Rabotnyk, Olya Yuriyivna, prefers Japanese cars – she owns a Mitsubishi Eclipse, which she bought in 2021 for 736 thousand hryvnias, the same year the car was manufactured. According to open sources, it appears to be a four-seater sports car with a coupe body style. The design is a strong point of the Mitsubishi Eclipse. Its sleek curved lines, streamlined body, chrome exhaust pipes, and 18-inch wheels give this model a truly sporty appearance. The car's flared fenders make it look more "muscular." Perhaps these technical characteristics attracted Olya Yuriyivna.

According to the declaration of Larisa Zhilyk, the deputy director of the Department of Construction and Housing Provision of the Kyiv City State Administration, her husband, Vasyl Zhilyk, keeps 280 thousand hryvnias in cash. Larisa Dmytrivna has less: on her two bank accounts, she has 22 thousand 560 hryvnias and 116 thousand 496 hryvnias, respectively. It is also noted that Vasyl Stepanovych works at the "Kyivvodokanal" enterprise, and his salary for the year amounted to 181 thousand 672 hryvnias.

The family of Oleksandr Kashchuk, deputy director of the Department of Construction and Housing Provision of the Kyiv City State Administration, can also boast a powerful car fleet. In May 2022, his wife, Maria Mudryk, was excited about the purchase of an American electric car, the Tesla Model 3, a 2019 model, for 269 thousand hryvnias. In December of the same year, the head of the family had reasons to celebrate as well – he bought a Mercedes-Benz GLE crossover, a 2018 model, for 869 thousand hryvnias.

8

The declaration states that Mrs. Maria received pension payments amounting to 30 thousand 100 hryvnias over the year. She keeps 22 thousand dollars in cash.

The family of Valentina Hynzburg, director of the Department of Health of the Kyiv City State Administration, also has a certain level of financial stability. Her husband, Valeriy Voychenko, keeps 160 thousand hryvnias and 20 thousand dollars in cash, while Valentina Hryhorivna has 150 thousand hryvnias and 5 thousand dollars. Valeriy Volodymyrovych owns a Mercedes-Benz GLE 400, which was purchased in 2021 for 887 thousand hryvnias.

Are there reasons for optimism in the family of Ruslan Svitlyi, head of the Department of Social and Veteran Policy of the Kyiv City State Administration? He declares that in June 2023, his wife, Yuliya Anatoliivna, acquired two parking spaces in the capital. The cost at the time of acquisition was 726 thousand 60 hryvnias and 711 thousand 527 hryvnias. It seems that such real estate was necessary for the family, as in February of the same year, Mrs. Yuliya purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 SUV for 2 million 393 thousand hryvnias. Mrs. Yuliya keeps 20 thousand euros in her bank account and 54 thousand euros in cash. The head of the family has 22 thousand dollars under his "pillow."

As we can see, the economic crisis poses no threat to the families of the leading officials of the Kyiv City State Administration. They continue to grow wealthier, unlike the majority of Kyiv residents.
