In February 2025, residents of Earth will have the chance to witness a unique phenomenon — a planetary parade. Seven planets (Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Venus, Neptune, Mercury, and Saturn) will align after sunset on the night of Friday, February 28.
This is reported by Dailymail. It will be the best time to observe this extraordinary cosmic event.
Additionally, it is noted that the planetary parade will only be visible again in 15 years, meaning in 2040.
However, some planets are quite distant from Earth, such as Uranus and Neptune — the latter will be positioned near Venus and Saturn. They will need to be viewed with binoculars, a telescope, or a spotting scope, as it will be quite difficult to see them with the naked eye.
As a reminder, previously "Telegraph" reported that scientists revealed when Saturn's rings appeared. Most theories suggested that they are 100-300 million years old, indicating that they formed around the time of the dinosaurs. However, new research is set to challenge these conclusions.
