A prolonged magnetic storm, which reached a magnitude of 6 in some areas, is gradually decreasing in intensity. Astrometeorologists predict that it will come to an end in the coming days.
According to data from the Meteoagent website, which generates its forecasts using NOAA, TESIS satellite systems, and international meteorological laboratories worldwide, on Thursday, February 20, the magnetic storm is at a level of 4, indicating a moderate intensity. This geomagnetic storm is expected to last only one day. By February 21-23, calm will return to Earth.
It is worth noting that a magnetic storm is a disturbance in the Earth's geomagnetic field that can last from an hour to an entire day. During such events, weather-sensitive individuals may experience a decline in well-being, and if the magnetic storm is intense, electronic devices may function erratically.
Previously, "Telegraph" reported that soon Ukraine will experience a surge in temperatures up to +15 degrees. Meteorologists predict that the highest temperatures during the day will be recorded in Crimea, while the lowest will be found in the northern and northeastern regions of Ukraine.
